Women's Fund

Supporting women-led businesses and entrepreneurs across East Africa with access to capital, capacity building, and tailored advisory.

Overview

Overview

Despite the high entrepreneurial activity among women in East Africa, a significant financing gap persists. Women-led enterprises often face higher structural barriers to accessing formal credit, including collateral requirements and a lack of gender-sensitive financial products. At Auxesis Group, we view the empowerment of women entrepreneurs not just as a social imperative, but as a core pillar of regional economic growth.

What We Do

What We Do

Our Women's Fund section focuses on closing the credit gap by providing a specialized pathway for female-led businesses, NGOs, and cooperatives to access growth capital. We combine financial mobilization with rigorous technical support to ensure these organizations are positioned for long-term scalability.

Our Core Pillars:

Targeted Capital Mobilization

We facilitate access to gender-lens investing, specialized grants, and low-interest debt instruments specifically designed for women-led SMEs and social enterprises.

Bespoke Capacity Building

We provide high-level advisory in financial management, digital literacy, and corporate governance to help female founders transition from informal operations to institutional-grade enterprises.

Investment Readiness for Female Founders

Recognizing that "readiness" is the key to unlocking capital, we assist in the development of bankable business plans and financial models that meet the stringent criteria of impact investors and commercial lenders.

Strategic Networking & Mentorship

We connect women-led organizations with a global network of partners, mentors, and markets, fostering an ecosystem where female leadership can thrive.

Why It Matters

Why It Matters

When women-led businesses grow, the impact is multiplied across families and communities. By providing the tools to secure finance and optimize operations, Auxesis Group helps women-led entities in Rwanda move from subsistence to sustainable market leadership.
